One long-held dream.
We are Isabelle and Marcel Heiniger, the owners of Savinis AG. Since taking over in 2023, we have been running the company with passion and personal dedication.
What began as a dream is now our everyday reality—and, more than ever, our passion. Our connection to South Africa and its wines goes back almost 30 years. On our first trip to the Cape with our young son, we were immediately captivated: by the country’s vast landscapes, the warmth of its people, the characterful wineries, and, of course, the wines themselves.
That first journey sparked a growing passion. Over the years, we explored more wineries, built personal relationships with winemakers, and collected countless memorable moments.
Today, with fresh ideas, new discoveries, and unwavering enthusiasm, we continue to carefully develop Savinis—while staying true to what our customers, clients, and partners have always valued: quality, personality, and a genuine love for South African wine.
