Bottle prices in CHF from Muttenz incl. 8.1% VAT. Prices and vintages are subject to change.
No discount on already reduced items such as promotions, discontinued items and tasting packs, as well as spirits and fortified wines.
Protection of minors
The minimum age for ordering from us is 18 years. This applies to the SAVINIS online store as well as to telephone orders or direct collections in Muttenz.
Collection
Please collect within 2 weeks of ordering during office hours or by appointment. Monday – Friday 09.00 – 16.00 hrs.
Please notify us of your visit with a short phone call or e-mail so that we can prepare your order. We will gladly take time for you!
Tasting boxes
6 or 12 bottles can be combined as desired at no extra charge. Please round up to complete boxes of 6, thank you.
Shipping costs in Switzerland
- 1 – 6 bottles CHF 12.90
- from 7 bottles CHF 18.90
- Free delivery on orders over CHF 300.00
Shipping costs abroad:
The administrative effort for deliveries abroad is unfortunately associated with too much effort and costs. You are welcome to collect any orders from us in Muttenz or have the goods sent to an address in Switzerland.
Terms of payment
We reserve the right to carry out a credit check on new customers. Payment terms are 15 days net from invoice date. Reminder fee: £10.
In the case of delivery with advance payment, we will contact you beforehand.
Tap bottles:
We exchange ‘tap bottles’ within the recommended consumption period for private and catering customers with a replacement or credit note with the next order. No exchange of ‘tap bottles’ for resellers. Please contact us. We seek open dialogue to find a mutually acceptable solution. You can dispose of the “tap bottles”, we do not need either the bottles or the corks.
Right of return:
We grant a full right of return within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
Prerequisite:
- Proper handling of the wines, no damage to the carton or labels
- The wines are still in their original packaging as delivered.
