A rich and woody gin with coastal lemon geranium, sea asparagus, milkwood berries, cold-brewed rooibos and figs. The gentle warmth is tempered by lingering fruit flavours of caramelized plums and ripe redcurrants. Delicate floral notes of soft cherry and cassis intertwine with a velvety mouthfeel that is rich with berries. Flavors of fresh citrus, crushed juniper, toasted bark and earthy spices provide a dry, elegant finish. Enjoy it neat on the rocks or with a premium tonic, some salted orange peel and fresh berries.

Cape Saint Blaize

The small artisanal Cape Saint Blaize Artisanal Distillery is located in Mossel Bay, a small town on the coast of South Africa. The Saint Blaize lighthouse there has been guiding ships safely through the rugged coastal area since 1864. The distillery itself is located in the historic Ochre Barn, a former grain barn with a history dating back to the 18th century.

The botanicals come from the local area and are picked by hand. Each bottle is produced individually in Mossel Bay. Traditional methods and natural raw materials are used in the production process.

The ceramic bottles, which are individually cast and fired using traditional methods, are also true masterpieces.
